the creative sessions

Creative sessions are curated for each group and revealed once our co-creators are confirmed. In the meantime, explore past retreats and enjoy a glimpse of what’s to come.

solar blueprints: cyanotype photography

This creative session allows participants to explore the art of cyanotype, an early photographic technique that uses sunlight to create stunning blueprints. Participants will learn to compose and develop images using natural objects and stencils, all exposed to sunlight and transformed into vibrant, one-of-a-kind prints with indigo blue colouring.

too much, on purpose - the writing session

Being “too much” isn’t a problem, it’s who you are, what you embody, and your greatest strength.

In this guided writing session, participants use reflective journaling prompts, reverse engineering and creative mapping exercises to explore the different roles held and uncover the connections between them. The co-creator helps you transform your many passions and roles into a clear, integrated life path. Participants will leave with fresh clarity, a journal full of insights, a personal life map and the confidence to live too much, on purpose.

crafting memories: the art of scent

by Scenti Marrakech

In partnership with Scenti, participants are invited to explore how scent becomes a vessel for memory and emotion. Guided by an expert perfumer, this immersive experience unveils the art of fragrance composition; from discovering raw ingredients and scent families to blending a bespoke perfume. Bottling memories along the way, each participant will leave with a fragrance that is uniquely their own.

beyond the frame: an artistic exploration of contemporary morocco

The session offers participants a unique opportunity to explore the contemporary art scene of Morocco. This interactive experience offers a tour through JAJJAH, a dynamic gallery & tea house owned by renowned Moroccan artist Hassan Hajjaj, and an interactive discussion over Moroccan cuisine. Participants will intimately explore the amalgamation of tradition and modernity in Moroccan art, providing them with an understanding of the local art scene and its global significance.

where is home? a film screening

Participants will join a thought-provoking creative session centred around the concept of home, featuring the screening of MASR — Selma's documentary about her home country, Egypt, offering a heartfelt perspective on finding a "home away from home." This is followed by a group discussion on what and where home means to each of us to express your impression of home.

gratitude  & tea ceremony

by Sally Ghaly

The ceremony is crafted to weave threads of connection, serenity, and gratitude. A meditation guides participants to a tranquil center, grounding them in the present moment. This is followed by a tea ceremony, an intentional ritual that invites presence and reflection through the simple yet profound act of sharing tea. Within this sacred space, participants are gently urged to articulate their gratitude through both written and spoken word. It’s a multifaceted journey, one that resonates with the introspective chords of the individual soul and the collective heartbeat of the community.
