the journal: co-creation, a call to the dreamers, doers and magic-makers
Hello there, soul sister,
When women gather with intention, the world around us shifts.
Time slows. Laughter echoes louder. The sun feels warmer. And suddenly, you’re not just attending something, you are shaping it.
That’s the spirit of a co-creation. And this is your invitation.
At Out of Office, our Co-Creators aren’t simply artists or facilitators. They are women who feel called to offer something deeply personal; a skill, a practice, a story, a ritual. And in doing so, they hold space for others in the process.
For Vol. 5 and Vol. 6, we’re opening the call again, and we want to hear from you.Co-Creators lead one creative session during the retreat. The rest of the time, you’re a guest. Immersed in Morocco’s magic, gathered around candlelit dinners, dancing beneath stars, creating, journaling, dreaming, resting, and forming bonds that last.
In past retreats, Co-Creators have led a breathtaking range of sessions. Some quiet and soulful, others bold and expressive.
Imagine:
Ancestral weaving with Zineb Achoubie, hands-on lessons in Amazigh symbolism, thread dying and weaving, and Moroccan heritage.

Sonic infusions with Olivia Melkonian immersive sound meditations paired with personalized tea blends for restoration and reflection.
Traditional Moroccan music like the empowering all-women Houariyat and trance-inducing Gnawa performances, rooting us in culture and rhythm.
Film screenings and dialogues exploring concepts of home and identity.
And collective rituals like the Gratitude Ceremonies where we breathe, meditate, and share thanks, weaving community together.
Every retreat is different because of the women who show up shape it.
That’s the beauty of co-creation.
So if you’ve been dreaming of sharing your medium, reconnecting with your creativity, and joining the sisterhood, this is your moment.
